📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead strategic procurement initiatives for real estate development projects.
• Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies to evaluate project viability and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage contracts with suppliers, contractors, and service providers, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures to streamline processes and ensure efficiency.
• Collaborate with the development team, architects, and contractors to ensure that procurement activities support project timelines and budgets.
• Monitor and analyze procurement performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in contracts and procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in contracts and procurement management, preferably in the real estate development sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing procurement processes and contracts.
• Strong knowledge of procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional certification in procurement management (e.g., CPSM, CPOM) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
