📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Maintain and repair machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing process
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure machinery operates efficiently and safely
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement corrective actions to prevent downtime
• Collaborate with production teams to identify opportunities for machinery improvements and implement changes
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Conduct root cause analysis for machinery failures and develop corrective action plans
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency
• Maintain detailed records of machinery maintenance and repairs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Manufacturing Mechanic or similar role in a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment
• Knowledge of CNC machines, lathes, and milling machines is a plus
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Valid certification as a Manufacturing Mechanic or equivalent is a plus
• Must be able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required
