📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service to Mandarin-speaking clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Assist in the coordination and management of shipments, from booking to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Use our in-house logistics management system (J&T Cargo LMS) to track and manage shipments efficiently.
• Collaborate with the operations team to resolve any issues that may arise during the shipment process.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and shipment details.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
• Adhere to company health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the logistics industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers.
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with logistics management systems and software, such as J&T Cargo LMS.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid SIM card and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel and work in different locations as required.
