📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide accurate and timely responses to billing inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Resolve billing issues using Salesforce and Concentrix's proprietary systems.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain billing processes and resolutions.
• Document all billing interactions and resolutions for future reference.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in billing support.
• Collaborate with the team to improve customer service and billing processes.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or billing support.
• Proficient in using Salesforce and Concentrix's proprietary systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field.
• Certification in customer service or billing support is a plus.
