📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office buildings, ensuring all facilities are maintained to the highest standards
• Work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to develop and implement strategies that enhance the functionality and efficiency of our buildings
• Manage and maintain a team of building maintenance staff, ensuring they are trained and equipped to handle any issues that arise
• Conduct regular inspections of all buildings to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services
• Monitor and manage building budgets, ensuring they are allocated and spent in accordance with company policies
• Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance and condition of all buildings

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Building Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role
• Certification in Facility Management (CFM) or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with building management software, such as FM:pro, is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
