As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing market data, conducting salary surveys, and benchmarking our compensation packages against industry standards. You'll use tools like BambooHR and PayFit to streamline processes and ensure compliance with local regulations. This role is perfect for someone with 3-5 years of experience in HR compensation, preferably in the hospitality or international business sector.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct salary surveys and analyze market data to ensure competitive pay structures.
• Benchmark compensation packages against industry standards and best practices.
• Manage the payroll process using PayFit and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement employee benefits programs.
• Stay up-to-date with local labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance.
• Provide training and support to managers on compensation and benefits topics.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR compensation and benefits.
• Proven experience with BambooHR and PayFit.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
