📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and draft civil engineering plans, specifications, and drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.
• Conduct site inspections and surveys to gather data for engineering projects.
• Prepare cost estimates, tender documents, and project proposals.
• Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in civil engineering.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical support to the team.
• Ensure all projects adhere to environmental regulations and sustainability principles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
