📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Visit and manage retail outlets to understand their needs and build strong customer relationships.
• Conduct market analysis and sales forecasting to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports to senior management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and operations, to ensure seamless sales execution.
• Train and mentor sales teams to enhance performance and achieve sales goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular feedback to sales representatives.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
