📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, maintain, and repair moulds and tooling equipment for plastic manufacturing processes.
• Ensure the smooth operation of plastic manufacturing equipment by troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Optimize mould and tooling designs to improve product quality and reduce production costs.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of moulds and tooling equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in plastic manufacturing and tooling technology.
• Provide technical support and training to the production team on the use and maintenance of moulds and tooling equipment.
• Ensure that all moulds and tooling equipment are properly documented and inventoried.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mould and tooling design, maintenance, and repair.
• Proficiency in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
• Knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes and materials.
• Understanding of quality control and safety standards in manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
