📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and manage social media content for our platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Design promotional materials such as flyers, banners, and menus using industry-standard tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for our website and digital platforms.
Monitor and analyze social media performance to optimize our marketing strategies.
Ensure all design work meets brand guidelines and high-quality standards.
Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and graphic design.
Assist in organizing and executing marketing events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design and marketing communications.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
