📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate sea freight import operations, including vessel scheduling, cargo tracking, and delivery planning.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and shipping agents to ensure timely and efficient cargo handling.
• Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all import activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sea freight import operations.
• Proficient in using logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures and documentation requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
