• Conducting internal audits to assess financial controls, compliance with regulations, and operational efficiency.
• Preparing detailed audit reports and recommendations for management.

• Using audit software such as Oracle Hyperion, SAP, and Excel to analyze financial data and prepare reports.
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Providing training and guidance to staff on financial controls and compliance.

• Working with the Audit Committee to ensure the integrity of financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a multinational or large-scale organization.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with audit software such as Oracle Hyperion, SAP, or Excel.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
