Sentral Oka Sembako is looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse in Bontang. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a proven track record of success in a similar role. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures within the warehouse.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records are maintained.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse.,Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes and procedures.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
