In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficient and effective supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain and logistics, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse and logistics operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and transportation logistics.,Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of products.,Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including safety, quality, and environmental regulations.,Lead and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and capabilities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics operations, with a focus on warehouse and transportation logistics.,Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing supply chain operations, including reducing costs, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.,Strong knowledge of supply chain management software and tools, including ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.,Proven ability to analyze and interpret supply chain performance metrics, and to develop and implement corrective actions.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
