📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure adherence to food safety standards.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer requirements.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Maintain accurate records of inventory, food costs, and menu items.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Handle food waste and ensure proper disposal methods.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and ability to prepare a variety of dishes.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Valid food handler's permit and any relevant certifications.
