📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.,Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.,Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure favorable terms for the company and customers.,Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences.
