📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Manage the reception area, including answering phones, directing calls, and handling mail.,Coordinate with various departments to assist guests and visitors with their inquiries and requests.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest information and visits.,Handle and resolve any issues or complaints that may arise at the reception desk.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.,Assist with special events and functions, as needed.,Provide excellent customer service and support to all guests and visitors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office.,Fluent in English and Indonesian languages.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Previous experience in a high-volume reception environment is a plus.
