📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure the financial stability and integrity of the organization.
  • Monitor and assess financial risks, including credit, market, operational, and liquidity risks.
  • Lead risk management initiatives and projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide risk management advice and guidance to senior management and the board of directors.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Develop and maintain risk management systems and controls.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide reports to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in risk management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the banking and financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, including Basel III, IFRS, and COSO.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing risk management strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and financial markets.
