📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to improve performance and productivity.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand and generate leads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Knowledge of the local market and consumer behavior is desirable.,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
