Net Hub Corporindo is looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our operations in Pontianak. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage our store from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly.,Monitor inventory levels and order restocks as needed.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the headquarters team to implement company-wide initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Understanding of Indonesian market trends and consumer behavior.,Valid SIM (Student Immigration) or KITAS for remote work in Indonesia.
