Apotek Nanda Health Center is looking for a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our staff and customers. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to staff and customers via phone, email, and in-person.,Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems and networks.,Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems.,Assist with the implementation of new technology and software.,Provide training and guidance to staff on the use of technology.,Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and networks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network protocols and security measures.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in English for communication purposes.

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.Knowledge of network protocols and security measures.Familiarity with cloud computing services.Experience with project management and documentation.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
