PT Pertiwi Luhur is seeking a dedicated Personalia Staff to join our team in Seminyak. This is an immediate opening, so we are looking for someone who can start right away. As a Personalia Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing our HR processes and ensuring a positive employee experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Handle employee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including document preparation, data entry, and filing.,Coordinate with other departments to address employee concerns and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in the organization of company events and activities, such as team-building exercises and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a company.,Strong knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with employees at all levels.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
