📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of sales assistants to achieve monthly sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.,Maintain and update the company's sales database and CRM system.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales staff on best practices and company policies.,Ensure all sales transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term business partnerships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with CRM software is a plus.
