In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our inventory processes to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate receipt of inventory.,Develop and implement inventory control systems and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and corrective actions.,Monitor inventory turnover rates and work with the team to identify slow-moving or obsolete items.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely inventory reporting.,Train and mentor junior staff on inventory management best practices and procedures.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and procedures.,Excellent organizational and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant inventory management software.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
