PT Inti Digital is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead HR Generalist to join our team in Gunung Kidul, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for developing employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Lead and mentor the HR team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of developing and leading HR teams.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
