QUILL Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Blitar, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and improving customer experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and develop a team of store assistants to achieve sales targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of store transactions and inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
