📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support.,Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes.,Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities as required.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Participate in strategic financial planning and decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with tax regulations and procedures in Indonesia.
