This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Bontang and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates to ensure a high-quality applicant pool.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to source candidates.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
