📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs.,Monitor fuel consumption and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor vehicle performance and safety, and report any issues to the appropriate department.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and have valid licenses and registrations.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to drivers as needed.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
