📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals,Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms,Create and manage social media content and campaigns,Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content marketing strategies,Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices,Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management,Manage a team of junior digital marketing specialists (if applicable)

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field,2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry,Proven experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media management tools,Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously,Familiarity with SEO and content marketing is a plus,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus
