📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Team Leader in managing and supervising team members.,Coordinate and delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflow.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback.,Assist in training and developing team members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and provide updates to the Team Leader.,Support the Team Leader in achieving team and individual goals.,Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a team leadership role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.,Familiarity with quality control and safety procedures.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
