📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Lead and motivate the sales and merchandising team to achieve sales targets.,Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and maximize profitability.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and attract customers.,Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior.
