📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of dental professionals, including dentists, dental hygienists, and dental assistants.,Ensure the clinic operates efficiently and effectively, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.,Oversee the scheduling and coordination of patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of clinic resources.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.,Maintain high standards of patient care and satisfaction, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of the clinic's strategic plans and objectives.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and improved patient outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Dental Science, Dentistry, or a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a dental clinic or similar healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of dental procedures, equipment, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.,Proficient in using dental software and management tools.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare laws and regulations is a plus.
