Deputy Procurement Staff

Asia Real Estate is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Deputy Procurement Staff to join our team in Pematangsiantar, Sumatera Utara. This role is crucial in supporting our procurement processes and ensuring smooth operations within the company.

As a Deputy Procurement Staff, you will work closely with the Procurement Manager to manage and execute procurement activities, including vendor negotiations, order processing, and inventory management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in managing procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiations, and order processing.
• Support the Procurement Manager in developing and maintaining vendor relationships.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Assist in preparing procurement reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Participate in procurement meetings and provide input as needed.
• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
• Ability to travel occasionally as needed.
