📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales teams to meet customer demands and market requirements.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Conduct regular reviews of distribution performance and provide recommendations for improvement.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and distributors to ensure a steady supply of products.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Provide regular reports on distribution performance and market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of distribution processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using distribution management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and distribution challenges.,Must be able to travel frequently to different locations.
