📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using Warehouse Management System (WMS) software.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely receipt and processing of incoming parts.
• Perform regular stock checks and audits to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Work with the logistics team to plan and execute efficient inventory movements.
• Support the dealership team by providing timely and accurate information about part availability.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and warehouse regulations.
• Assist in the training of new warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Certification in Warehouse Management (e.g., CWI, CWSS, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Proficient in using Warehouse Management System (WMS) software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation.
