📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and supervise store staff to ensure they meet performance standards.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or healthcare setting, preferably in a management role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
