📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Oversee day-to-day operations, including production, logistics, and quality control.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Lead and mentor operational staff to achieve operational goals.,Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using operational software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian is a plus.
