🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as an Agency Leader or similar role in the insurance industry, with a track record of driving sales growth.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of sales agents.
• Deep understanding of the insurance market and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficient in using sales and CRM software such as Salesforce or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, preferably with insurance industry experience.
