📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.,Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure compliance with audit requirements.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management roles.,Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.,Proficient in accounting software and spreadsheet software.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
