📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective logistics solutions.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and execution of logistics activities.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures.
• Leverage technology and data analytics to enhance supply chain visibility and decision-making.
• Manage and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Represent DPI Sdn Bhd at industry events and conferences, building relationships with key stakeholders and industry leaders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS CSCP, CILT Chartered Fellow) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, JDA, or similar.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
